The benefit package is pretty comprehensive including Medical/Dental/Vision ins, Employee & Dependent Life Ins, Disability Ins, AD&D Ins, Critical Illness, Ins, Accident Ins, HSA Account, Health Care Spending Account, Paid time off, Volunteer time off.
Insurance plan ok, 401k, PTO, Bonus if team does well
Benefits and PTO not competitive with other insurance carriers. Company not generous with time off during holidays compared to other carriers- ie: not day after Thanksgiving or Christmas and not Presidents’ Day. Less PTO provided and forced to purchase out of pocket 5 additional days annually that is provided for free by other insurance carriers to their employees.
