Great PTO/ Holiday pay package. All health plans have deductibles. PPO no longer offered
Honestly, there are a lot of benefits provided for the employee, however it does appear they are slowly doing away with them, as they are not really cost effective...nonetheless, as with all companies they are shopping around now so there is a lot of change
401k is great and you get plenty of paid time off
Tons of benefits, great medical and 401K.
Plenty of time off. Health benefits are average
The Hartford is one of the few companies left (that I've seen) that offers full health benefits, life insurance, STD/LTD, plus a 401k and pension -- among many other perks.
Best is 401k plan and worst is medical. I am paying lot more for my medical now and the coverage is not good
Generous PTO and Stock Options. They also have a fairly generous tuition reimbursement program as well.
19 PTO days a year
