Excellent health insurance, wellness benefits (free gym, monthly premium discounts, health incentives, etc.), 401k, finance planning tools, on-site clinic, and so much more. Time off and sick time was average (accrued per pay period). Lots of diversity programs. Nursing room for new moms. No "reflection" space for people that use it for spiritual or religious purposes (meditation/prayer).
Best - living wage. Worst - corporate greed. (Pay cuts and policy rate increases)
