The overall benefits program is similar to most other companies. I do like the fact that you can purchase PTO.
Great PTO that increases after 3 years, 10 years and 25 years of service. $401k match up to 6%.
Only thing good was the health insurance other not good

Best: I have not come across a company with a more generous paid time off policy. 1st year - 19 days of paid vacation + 1 floating holiday. PLUS you can buy up to 1 week more. 5 weeks of paid time off the 1st year! Starting January of your 4th year - 24 days of paid vacation + 1 floating holiday. PLUS you can still buy up to 1 week more. 6 weeks of paid time off! Worst: You’ll need it.
The Hartford has very solid benefits, however I wish they had not removed there PPO option for new employees
The Hartford’s 401k package is phenomenal!
