The staff at Hartford is great, but there are certain benefits we do not receive that many other companies give to their employees.
Even with the best health insurance they offer they pay nothing except for annual physical, no copays, no prescription help, nothing for first $3000
401 K Match of 6% plus 2% floor is good.
Paid time off policy is great, starting with approximately 19 days and additional 40 hours available for purchase with benefits.
Vacation time is good better then most
Great benefits but very high demands. PTO is great, remote work a plus. Pay is good. Health benefits are expensive.
Expensive premiums and each year choices get slimmer for Healthcare options
The PTO is fairly generous and you are free to use it at your discretion--only a day's notice is required.
The health insurance options are expensive and they continue to move toward more high deductible plans. The PTO is average. The 401K has a matching program that is in line with the industry average, and the investment options are good.
You are allowed to buy an extra 5 days off....but good luck having the time and being allowed to use it....
