Decent insurance plans. EAP. Liked the HSA. Pensions are no longer funded. Bonuses only for top performers.
Excellent health insurance, wellness benefits (free gym, monthly premium discounts, health incentives, etc.), 401k, finance planning tools, on-site clinic, and so much more. Time off and sick time was average (accrued per pay period). Lots of diversity programs. Nursing room for new moms. No "reflection" space for people that use it for spiritual or religious purposes (meditation/prayer).
Dollar for Dollar 401 K match up to 6%, plus 2% floor, STD, LTD, 1 times salary Basic Life, Health/Dental/Vision, PTO plan, Tuition Reimbursement, Maternity/Paternity leave
Best - living wage. Worst - corporate greed. (Pay cuts and policy rate increases)
Profit sharing is the best thing. Discounts from vendors is ok too
Benefits appear to be average in line with other employers.
benefits start on day one
Benefits are affordable and comprehensive....and most are available day 1!
