Best: I have not come across a company with a more generous paid time off policy. 1st year - 19 days of paid vacation + 1 floating holiday. PLUS you can buy up to 1 week more. 5 weeks of paid time off the 1st year! Starting January of your 4th year - 24 days of paid vacation + 1 floating holiday. PLUS you can still buy up to 1 week more. 6 weeks of paid time off! Worst: You’ll need it.
The Hartford’s 401k package is phenomenal!
The staff at Hartford is great, but there are certain benefits we do not receive that many other companies give to their employees.
Even with the best health insurance they offer they pay nothing except for annual physical, no copays, no prescription help, nothing for first $3000
401 K Match of 6% plus 2% floor is good.
Paid time off policy is great, starting with approximately 19 days and additional 40 hours available for purchase with benefits.
Vacation time is good better then most
Great benefits but very high demands. PTO is great, remote work a plus. Pay is good. Health benefits are expensive.
Expensive premiums and each year choices get slimmer for Healthcare options
You are allowed to buy an extra 5 days off....but good luck having the time and being allowed to use it....
