The Hartford provides a block of paid time off for their employees. The paid time off includes vacation time, sick time and personal time. The amount of time each employee receives is determined by several different factors.
3 weeks given upon hire.
Decent vacation and sick time off
Start with 19 Days off, during open enrollment able to buy 5 more days (40hrs) and sell back at the end of the year. Also able to roll over up to 5 days from previous year. Can end up with 29 days off on your second year.
PTO, work environment, Management, salary
Generous PTO and Holiday pay, but sick days come out of PTO bank
Ample amount afforded however depending on role it is hard to find or be able to take time if your need it
I get one more day from my last employer
Good amount of PTO offered, 14-19 days but no sock days.. very hard to predict when you are going to be sick.
34 days for 25+ years, but hard to use given the heavy workload.
19 days PTO per year with the option to "purchase" additional days.
