    No longer have sick time, have one bucket. When sick time was taken away the paid time off bank did not increase. So folks come in to work sick. I work from home when sick.

    Like that you can buy additional time-if you do then you cannot carry time over but that seems standard at places that allow you to buy extra time.

    You really work 60+ hours per week which effectively does not allow for real use of paid time off...which you must enter into the timekeeper system even if you really do not get time off (i.e., you work on your time off). The paid time off program will change in 2020 to accrue every month even if you have 4-5 weeks as a "benefit." This means, if you leave the Company, you will not get 4-5 weeks in severance...just want has been accrued. This is a another reduction in the benefits package.
