401k match program up to 6%, medical, dental, vision, maternity and paternity leave, on site fitness facility Could be improved: Tuition reimbursement capped at $6500/year...not nearly enough
The benefits are priced very well overall, but the amount of work is WAY too much for anybody with a family or whomever wants a life outside of work. In some cases you are working 6 days a week, 10 hours a day.
The benefits are ok, but the premiums are very expensive. Hershey is all about giving back to the community, but they are not willing to take care of their employees first. Premiums for health and life insurance can be reduced significantly.
Sales bonuses are based off of total company performance rather than individual performance.
The best thing about the benefit package is the health insurance plan.

Strong options for insurance and 401K plans. Paternity/Maternity leave has been updated to be competitive but still not the best out there. Annual incentive could be better structured and more rewarding for those actually producing results.
A great vision and dental plan. Not sure how good the health insurance is. 401k plan is also good.
Love my 401K and bonus structure. Pay raises are minimal. The health coverage is average. Vacation time to start is outstanding and additional buy up and holidays can give you over a month to start out.
