“Vacation is accrued daily and not provided in full at the start of every year. ”
They offer plenty of options for decent price
Great insurance. Very competitive to other companies if not better
Benefits are above average, but expensive.
Benefits started the first month after date of hire. Healthy plan money as an incentive to stay healthy. Medical, dental, and vision. Good premiums.
Health insurance is one of the worst. The high deductible plan is a joke. It’s cheaper to have your own outside insurance. The high deductible is $5000 for medical and an additional $2000 for meds so you pay $7000 out of pocket before you get to a 70/30 plan. No one got a bonus this year which is ridiculous despite the company buying three new companies in 2018. Given 2 weeks vacation and a week of sick time with the option to buy another week. This is the only good thing about their benefits. But if the weather is bad and you can’t get to your account you must use one of your sick or vacation days. 401k is basic. Pay is very very low and below all other reps in same industry
The benefits work really well and they care about your health and keep you safe at all times.;
401k match is nice. New high deductible plan is somewhat expensive.
Best thing is very competitive prices healthcare. Typically would be way better than spouse's when we did the comparison.
Vacation is great, benefits are good, but the pay negates it all.
Benefits used to be employee friendly, affordable and extensive. Although the costs of coverage has remained virtually unchanged, the coverages have been significantly reduced over the last 3 years. Some will blame Obama Care, but a fiscally healthy employer should be able to provide better coverage. I, for one, would be more than willing to pay more monthly, for more comprensive coverage.(with a lower annual deductible)
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
