Job training is non existent. They throw you into the frying pan and it's either sink or swim. You need to be able to take initiative and learn on your own or you may be out of a job.

Other employees have had better training but I was hired with one other person so our training was going on at the same time. Both of us felt we did not receive adequate training. I trained for 3 days and she trained for 2 weeks. Our trainer did not teach us what I felt was essential. I got most of my training hands on and through asking other employees alot of questions
