Job training is non existent. They throw you into the frying pan and it's either sink or swim. You need to be able to take initiative and learn on your own or you may be out of a job.
Their training is the worst I have ever been part of
Minimal training in person. This is loss for the company. Prevents networking.
Other employees have had better training but I was hired with one other person so our training was going on at the same time. Both of us felt we did not receive adequate training. I trained for 3 days and she trained for 2 weeks. Our trainer did not teach us what I felt was essential. I got most of my training hands on and through asking other employees alot of questions
Don:t expect much other than internet based junk
You better be a fast learner and have an attitude to get things done because the training is non existent
about two weeks of training before you can get on the floor
Designer training takes months and seems endless
they will teach you to drive a fork lift
The bare minimum. If your company makes billions of dollars a year you should not be in business if you can provide actual paid for by the company benefits.
