Store profit sharing is good and drives sales. Benefits are excellent if you are eligible (few are)

Have access to great benefits if you are a full time employee. As a part time employee you do get some benefits like a 401K plan and vacation and sick pay.

Current Associate Support Department Supervisor in Wilmington, North Carolina

Great benefits for FT, medical, dental, and all kinds of discounts at other places like cell phone, gyms, lots of great stuff. THD has the most amazing vision insurance. You can get $600.00 glasses with premium progressive crystal lenses with anti-glare and scratch resistance for less than $100.00 easy. Also, you'll hardly pay anything for contacts. PT employees don't get medical, but they get dental, vision, 401K, ESPP, and all the other discounts available.
