As a part time associate, there is great benefits that are available in working at the Home Depot. I could have a choice of getting an insurance for my family and for a pet. You could accumulate sick time and vacation time in order to use them when needed. You will be paid for your sick time and not have to be in trouble because of it.

The stock options were the best part of the benefit package along with free tuition support for full time employees.

worst thing i can say about the benefits package is the fact how there is no employee discount.

The best thing about the benefits is the vacation time is accrued equally (based on hours worked) for full time and part time associates. (You earn a weeks worth of vacation after 1 year)
