Health and Dental are 100% and offer a 401K plan. Good and bad: No PTO plan, the policy is take as much time as you want, just do not abuse The Iron Yard. Excellent work-life balance.

HDHC insurance is paid for by the company and they fund a HSA up to your deductible amount per year. No retirement plan at all.

    The Iron Yard Response

The 401k program, with employer contribution, went live in January of 2016 so the benefits offering is even more robust now that it was in 2015.

One of the best things about the Iron Yard is that there is a month long break between cohorts. This is generally a good time to take a vacation, or come into to work in flip flops. Not that flip flops aren't allowed the rest of the time, because they are. There are 3 month long breaks during a year.
