Health and Dental are 100% and offer a 401K plan. Good and bad: No PTO plan, the policy is take as much time as you want, just do not abuse The Iron Yard. Excellent work-life balance.
HDHC insurance is paid for by the company and they fund a HSA up to your deductible amount per year. No retirement plan at all.
One of the best things about the Iron Yard is that there is a month long break between cohorts. This is generally a good time to take a vacation, or come into to work in flip flops. Not that flip flops aren't allowed the rest of the time, because they are. There are 3 month long breaks during a year.
