“We have access to professional development 24/7 through our corporate website.”
We offer half off tuition to staff and waived fees. The Learning Experience Lakewood Ranch offers employer based health insurance, vacation, sick, holiday, and paid weather days. We also offer annual pay increases and promote from within. Professional development as well.
There was no benefits package offered for my position. I was a part time assistant teacher.
If you work there full time your child gets 50% off tuition, that's the best thing. Worst thing is that they don't offer any medical or dental insurance benefits at all.
No benefits at all, no respect for employees
There are literally no benefits. You are not offered health, dental, nothing. Even if you are full time there are no benefit options.
They offer health dental and vision but they DO NOT offer 401k which is absolutely absurd since we all should be worrying about our retirement! They do offer company paid short, long term disability and life insurance
There was no healthcare, no PTO, no sick days, and paid holidays are minimal as the school is open most holidays. The childcare discount is up to each franchisee, and the offer often varies employee to employee.
They would promise you one thing then proceed to not follow through with it. If you requested a paid vacation day/sick day, it was denied more often than not. No maternity benefits and limited additional benefits.
Like the salary structure difficult to make ends meet and very stressful
Love working with kids, here is a 401k at the Tinton Falls, NJ location and he director tries to accommodate
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
