Pretty good, all things considered.
The best thing was the Wellness Committee and their (gentle) pushes to get more active plus their Wellness Fair each year which connected us to local companies to help us get healthier.
the health insurance is not very good
Terrible 401k, Bare Bones Healthcare.
Health, Vision, Dental, Pet. Teladoc is free with benefits, 24 hour doctor form your phone. I am not sure of any bad parts of the benefits package yet.
Benefits packages are offered, but they are not competitive compared to other employers. Health coverage is expensive and has a poor network of providers.
Okay insurance, with Humana. PTO is nice especially at Director level.
Best thing is subsidized health insurance with good coverage. Worst thing is no paid family leave.
A very progressive company that has added numerous benefits in recent years. Health Insurance rates even went down last year, which is mostly unheard of in today's economy.
The benefits thus far seem fine, but the issue I take with them is that they're not offered for the first one-to-two months of employment (the next 1st of the month 30 days after hire). Also, the PTO was non-negotiable in my offer, meaning I took a cut in time off (in comparison to my previous job).
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
