Matching 401k, Extra Savings Investment Plan at the time I was employed
The benefits package offered at Linde group were average and had a high co pays.
Very generous benefits package shared with all of American Homepatient employees. Discounts were offered to large retailers and service providers.
Health care is deplorable. Switches each year recently. No local in-network providers nearby for the better plan. NJ residents were only given an option for a PA plan, for which they were ineligible. (That is the level of disorganization, similiar btw to the accounting department handling state taxes)
Good health care benefits
good money they pay well nice bonus good increase each year good stock plan with options overall good compensation package
They offer, health, vision, dental insurance which are okay. You only get 2 options either a high deductible where you meet that before it pays anything or the type of plan that has co-pays and such. They offer 401k and you have to purchase short or long term disability insurance if you want it.
Good package with generous coverage for heathcare, vision, and dental, and with several options.
The best thing is Linde offers benefits, alot of companies today do not. The worst thing is there may not be anymore Linde and the benefits will also go away.
gettimg a extra week paid vacation option
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
