The package is good in total. I would not specify one specific good or bad thing.
The benefits are costly but the package is a good one as far as insuarnace goes. The insuarnace goes in to effect on the first day of the month after your hire date.

middle of the road benefits. Nothing great. they are cutting back each year. just took away retire medical. Each year medical gets tweaked to benefit company
Good healthcare 800 per mounth
The make you pay a lot for your benefits and what's included for what you pay is as minimum as they could get it. Horrible insurance coverage. They have a lot of options but then they fight you when you try to use any of it besides medical, dental or vision. FLMA you have to fight for and Maternity is unpaid. Also if you use any sick time or have an emergency you are punished by getting points and 5 points and you are terminated.

Seem to have every benefit available. The health insurance is not very good. The health insurance is pay out of pocket. Always get bills that the insurance will not cover.
