Consultants of Fishbowl, I'm 31 and have ~$2m. No kids, student loans, etc... I'm also getting CTL'd. If you were in my position, would you scramble to get a new position or retire early?

Only 3 weeks vacation which includes sick time. You get no time off upfront. Must be accrued. Not competitive to the market.

Benefits are good but expensive.

Not particularly fond of the insurance. Lots of deductibles and low max coverage limits. Take the dental for example, $100 deductible and a max $1000/year pay. I need a root canal and a crown. Even splitting the root canal into 2021 and the crown into 2022, coverage is insufficient to fully pay. I'm disappointed in that. I haven't gotten a cleaning or x-rays yet.
