The benefits were always pretty good. Enough to keep talent, but I wouldn't say enough to recruit. Also some travel benefits included, if you were able to travel during the off-season.

Great benefits. 1st year 10 vacation days off/ 3 floating holidays/ 6 paid holidays; 2-4 years 15 days off; 4-8 years 20 days off; 8+ years 25 days off. Company contributes money in all HSA accounts. 401k is matched up to 6%.
You could only take time off if you had vacation time depending on what department you are in. Call center was hard to get time off if wasn't schedule way in advance

The company currently uses UMR and we have the option for a High Deductible plan with an HSA account through BMO Harris. You also have the optional for a traditional Health Insurance Plan if you wish. The most difficult aspect is sifting through all of the options but the company hosts meetings and provide online tools to help you find the package that is best for you.
