“Very much requires the employee to do all the legwork in choosing in or out of network doctors/hospitals.”
“401K Match to a certain %, which is a great benefit to anyone building a retirement nest!”
“VIP is for all reasons - sick vacation and personal. ”
The benefits were always pretty good. Enough to keep talent, but I wouldn't say enough to recruit. Also some travel benefits included, if you were able to travel during the off-season.
Best - Coworkers Bad - Micromanagement
Mark Travel had good benefits.
Great benefits. 1st year 10 vacation days off/ 3 floating holidays/ 6 paid holidays; 2-4 years 15 days off; 4-8 years 20 days off; 8+ years 25 days off. Company contributes money in all HSA accounts. 401k is matched up to 6%.
You could only take time off if you had vacation time depending on what department you are in. Call center was hard to get time off if wasn't schedule way in advance
GREAT benefits and amazingly low premiums!

Not understanding the medical tiers
