Paid time off, known as VIP here (Vacation, Illness Personal) is great. If you are exempt, you have great flexibility for using your time. It's all in one bucket instead of separated, but the amount you get is generous compared to most jobs and it increases over time. Health insurance is OK. The rates are not bad, but the deductibles seem high. That said, premiums haven't gone up at all for many years (maybe 7 or 8yrs?) so that is a plus. There are some travel discounts available as well.
Awesome benefits! co workers are nice but management needs to work on diversity
The insurance with the company is good. The flex spend account is very useful especially for daycare and other health related expenses. The worse thing about the benefits would be the high deductibles for coverage.
401K is based on if you get approved with bank
I'm able to afford the health care coverage and still manage a decent hourly rate
Have a great 401k matching half of what you put in up to 3%. And their time off is awesome, after 5 years you have 5 weeks plus 3 floating holidays. Not to mention travel discounts! I don't use their insurance but I know its reasonably priced.
I recently switched to part time work. However, i still receive paid vacation. I have been with the company for 1-2 years now so I receive .038 hours of vacation per hour of work. They have a great variety of 401K plans offered to employees. I believe they also match .5 of our contribution up to 4% per check! On personal travel we get great discounts, its great because it is so important for our reservations department to be educated and knowledgeable about our destinations. Recently they have started offering discounts on local gym memberships in Milwaukee. They genuinely want us to live a healthy lifestyle and it shows with how energetic the employees are!
