There is nothing to complain about, they always try to keep their employees as happy as possible and reward employees with small details
At our Melting pot location they offer chances to earn extra money, by having employee work competitions.
The best thing is the sick paid time off you receive by working 40 hours or more in a week and the worst part is you have to use them while employeed and need to show proof of sickness
Free salad every shift and 50% off for you +one other person, got a good raise as a host and moved up to serving a few months later. Flexible scheduling
There are no benefits as a part time employee. Not sure about full time employees.
No benefits. Sick time is a new thing though.
The best thing about working at the Melting Pot is getting half-off when you come in to eat and the annual company Super Bowl Party
I was a Server, there were no benefits. Glass Door is being really imposing by forcing me to continually waste my precious time answer questions like the ones here on benefits, which did not apply to my job as a member of a wait staff at a restaurant. This intrusive experience will deter me from leaving feedback through Glass Door in the future. I simply wanted to share my experience working with the company, not be forcefully led into extraneous sections with questions that had little to do with my job.
No benefits. No commission. Can't get a raise. Required to do a lot of work for no reward. You get a free salad every shift and an employee discount.
There are no best things about the benefits because the worst thing about the benefits is that you aren't offered any.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
