Great benefits package!! From medical, dental, vision, 401K match.

Vacation at the LA office can range from 10-20 days (Might be more for some legacy people) 10 for hourly, 15 base for salary that can go up to 20 over the years. They also offer days off in lieu (DOILS) for when you work excessive overtime or weekends. The benefits might be the best thing about The Mill. Somewhat of a tradeoff you have to consider once you take into account the lower wages. Also free breakfast (Cereal, bagels and more), Sandwich/salad supplies for lunch and all the La Croix you could imagine. 401k match is decent with a 100% match up to 6% of salary after you vest in 3 or so years.

artist time off can be tricky with long production hours

The health insurance is great. Also the 401k is matching and it did very well. I thought the benefits were very generous.
