Paid holidays, but no benefits what so ever if you are an intern
The best thing about the benefits is that a great amount of vacation time is provided to associates from entry level to senior roles. Additionally, health care coverage is comeptive with other top companies.
Heavily subsidized health benefits but employ portion is increasing. Decent 401k matching program. Use FMLA for maternity leave. Paid vacation typical with years of service. FL does not allow any flex work schedule
Great benefits! Excellent 401K match and non elective employer contributions. Performance based bonus. Company paid short term disability.
Health insurance was great, 401k was pretty good. Vacation policy was generous. Paid maternity leave after 1 year.
only 2 medical plans and they are expesnive They talk about bonuses and profit sharing into your 401 k ...do not bank on it
I have not had such complete coverage from a company since the 1990's. I believe their medical, dental and retirement packages are industry leading. The initial vacation just increased. Vacation is vacation, and not to be used for sick time. I believe this is a great benefit...use the vacation for time off, not because you are sick.
Not very clear how you affect the bonus within what you control
401k matches up to 4.5%, $450/mo family for a low deductible plan, offer HSA, short and long term disability
The covered health, dental and vision. They also had dollar matching for retirement plans.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
