The Muse Maternity & Paternity Leave

We are proud supporters and members of Pledge Parental, which means we offer meaningful parental leave benefits. We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave, after which parents have additional options such as having flexible work schedules, continuing with up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave, or bringing their baby to work as part of our “Baby at Work” program.
