Great PTO, improving benefits most years
N2 offered robust and unique benefits like a first-time homebuyer program, free daily on-site fitness classes, free access to a nutritionist, and more. However, more traditional benefits like adequate maternity and paternity leave could be improved. Those have increased over the last few years, but still are not competitive.
Great additional benefits that most other companies don’t offer, health insurance policies could be better.

Generous PTO policy! They have several creative benefits in place like a first-time homeowner program that help employees build financially.
Our benefits package is amazing! New mothers now receive a 12-week paid maternity leave. They also offer 2-week paid paternity leave as well.
