401 is great the employer matches upto 5% of the salary. vacation time is ok, not that great. you do get paid sick days and personal days (6 and 3)

The company has a matched 401k, 5 days sick pay & 2-4 week vacation time depending on one of service. It provides healthcare insurance with is pretty expensive. There are free exercise classes, wellness activities & a lot of charitable things you can get involved with. Since the new management came in the gift vouchers , summer party & Christmas raffle have been removed which was very upsetting for a number of hourly staff.
