Four weeks vacation days, plus personal days, medical and dental insurance. Medical insurance is expensive though especially if non-union. Tuition reimbursement
Vacation and time off. The package is good, if that is something you Are interested in, for yourself.
Excellent benefits, union covered job, friendly workplace
Working here you get a lot of vacation days, also the health insurance is solid.
Health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, 3 weeks paid vacation, tuition reimbursement
LOVE the time off benefits! 4 weeks vacation 4 personal days 10 paid holidays The health insurance is on the expensive side. The provider changes every few years. This really sucks because the reason why the health insurance is so expensive is due to the older population in top management who use up all the insurance services. The reason why this sucks is because these are the people who get paid the most. So if they are getting PAID and they are the ones using the services, then they should be the ones paying for the bulk of it No parental leave :( There is a retirement plan. JHL contributes 3% of your salary to the plan. You can alo make pre-tax contributions
My job was a union job. Best thing was the benefits: amazing health insurance!
