Benefits package is pretty good! 401K match up to 6%!
Full time employees are offered health insurance, vision, and dental with a small amount coming out of your paycheck. There are higher fees as you select better plans but the option to choose what works best is nice. They match 401k up to quite a high percentage, offer classic 401K and Roth 401K. No longer accrue sick time as they combined it with PTO. Full time gets paid holiday days and one floating holiday (although this may have changed). All employees receive 50% off merchandise including companies under the VF umbrella. Get 8 hours of paid volunteer service and a $50 stipend to spend on an outdoor activity (ski lift, national parks pass etc). Also an associate sales bonus plan in addition to a store bonus plan.
The worst thing about the NorthFace is that you have to deal with different customers. You learn to become a good sales associate.
You are part-time and it's retail, what more do you think you're gonna get except an employee discount?
Health insurance, 401k matching, bonuses, Flex Fridays
I was a part time employee and the discount was incredible! It really encouraged us to wear the brand and promote the new apparel to customers.
good general health benefits but higher than normal out of pocket payments
You do get paid out for personal time off when you leave you also can get paid out for doing outdoor activities up to about $50 and if you sell enough you get North Face gift cards.
Best: people, brand Worst: over worked, aged systems, non competitive with salaries
Flex work schedule. Every other Friday off and work from home option. Only 2 weeks of PTO starting out.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
