50% off merchandise, along with every other brand that's under VF Corp except Supreme. eye/dental/health care for full-time employees. note the 50% off does not apply online if you're part-time (for most of the other brands under vf corp,too). free gifts during holidays
i like it here at northface
No PTO, health insurance, 401K, etc. but you do get one 50% off discount code for a brand of your choice per month you’re employed there.
