    The "benefits" package is as minimal/expensive as possible. This way the company can advertise that it offers benefits in job postings but doesn't expect employees to take advantage of them due to the cost. There is no paid time off with this position. The 401(k) match is minimal. The health insurance is expensive for employee only and astronomically expensive for family coverage.

    The health care is just OK. You have to pay $6000 before it covers anything. Although prescriptions are discounted. No real paid vacation or holiday pay, except for upper management.

    Multiple options for medical and dental. Vision, STD, LTD, 401K, vacation, holiday pay. Overall a decent benefits package with good options for all employees.

    They have benefits, but it's very expensive, and not very good.

    Nothing to brag about. Most benefits you have to work 1400 Jan 1st thru Dec 31st of the previous year to qualify for it. You are offered insurance but it cost a arm and a leg for it and the 401K is offered as well. No holiday pay unless you work it and its time and a half. Considering most plants shut down on holidays there is no opportunity to work a holiday Vacation pay is only 2% of your previous years salary paid twice a year(1% each check)
