Part time employee no benefits
No benefits for instructors unfortunately.
All full time employees are eligible for 401k with company contributions, medical with 3 levels available, dental, vision, and other standard benefits. The offerings are strong and affordable. There are also paid holidays, summer Fridays, and PTO. Since everyone is remote now, there are also social activities with prizes that break up the monotony at times.
Low 401k contribution and benefits package was average at best. Did not have any special add on’s like family planning, expanded mental health assistance or alternative health treatments.
401k matching, PTO, Health Insurance.
If you have a personal need for test prep you can get it for free or highly reduced cost!
