No pay out for PTO
Between one and four years, you are allotted 18 days of PTO - this includes all vacation, holiday and sick leave pay. Most companies offer at least 10 days of vacation and 10 days of sick leave = 20 PTO minimum; this is below average.
Average you do get 15-20% if you work in the New York office - only for shops at the Time Warner Center at 60 CC
Best: Equinox just 50 dollars per month. Many discount in the Columbus Circle Time Warner Shopping Mall Worst: Not found.
I had no problems with anything health related as an employee. Only when carriers changed from Blue Cross to Cigna, we had to find out who carried our coverage and could be quite confusing for that one moment.
Related takes off almost every holiday that I didn't realize how many holidays there were in a year! Vacation time is flexible and allows you to roll over 5 days from the previous year. 401k is typical...matches 50% of 4% salary. Insurance for a single person is great and covers almost everything.
Great Gym discounts, additional holidays off. Worst is the PTO is all inclusive of vacation and sick days and it's pretty low to start.
18 work days of paid time off. 23 days after four years with the company.
Match only half of the 401k contributions of up to 4% of your salary... There are PTOs, but people look down at you when taking them.
Good company to work for
