401k and they have summer hours - Friday's you can leave 3pm
I am not currently using the company's benefits package. The only benefit I am using is a commuter check.
30-day benefits enrollment waiting period, allows many personal selections. 401k is strong addition and immediately available.
Benefits are great! Get access to all types of discounts.
No vacation or time off for interns.
They have pretty decent benefits the cost is a little high for the size of the company but overall pretty good
Medical insurance is expensive, they don't pay a decent percent but they have an employee wellness program to "lower" the costs. Tuition reimbursement is only $3,000 per year IF you keep all A's, if not then it's less.
Great benefits however forced 401k
The benefits package was comparable to what i have had before, my entire family was on the medical, dental vision plans.
Saved vacation days lost by poor human resource management. Do not undercut loyal hardworking employees by suddenly changing policies for the company's bottom line
