Basic beginning training on job systems is good and instructor was knowledgeable and accessible. On the job, hands on training was horrible. Trainer was incompetent and unhelpful. No actual training on sales techniques, just call reviews judging if you were pushy enough. Told that getting a caller to hang up was a good result as long as you made your pitches. Training calls were mostly from people wanting to cancel free trials with no desire to keep free service. Still required to push service on these callers, leading to annoyed callers that who probably never consider the services because of pushy operators.
Consistent help, dedicated teachers, they paid to get me my license. Couldn't have asked for a better way of training me.
It was very bland and felt like a remedial high school class. Lots of wasted time. Really don't learn how to do the job until you start.
Very unprofessional, unqualified trainers who basically just read off the training module they are provided by the client you are working for.
Job training doesn't teach you very much at all, then they throw you to the wolves. Fortunately, the people that work there are eager to help you, but they are not there all the time. They definitely need more floor support. They want you to sell, but really never teach you how to. I felt very inadequate after training. They need more on the job before letting you go out there.
The training was excellent and very thorough, the trainers are fun and energetic and easy to get along with if you're willing to put in the effort to learn the material.
They do a great job training you for the job you are getting . Once in that position they spend a lot of time coaching you to be better week over week.
Training department needs to be more professional, consistent, and patient. No training is set-up for hiring of a management position.
