Health insurance is great not cobra
The worst thing about the benefits is that the costs are very high, but there is hardly any coverage.
No complaints on this company, the benefits are the reason I left fast food.
There aren't really opportunities for advancement, no career path, no real incentives for recruiters. The tool training is good and worthwhile.
Free Life Insurance and Accidental. PTO and dental insurance.
Expensive as hell and they don’t pay enough
They offer a variety of insurance packages, but rates for anyone who is married are awful. My husband and I have to take out separate packages. Commission numbers are based off of how much you sell during the month. The more you sell, the more you make per device. Prepaid phone commission is worthless; it's their way of pushing you to sell postpaid devices.
Paid time off was very slow to accrue, if that term is even applicable. You are given 20 hours of PTO over a six month period, so it's not based on your hours worked at all. Vision only covers up to $80 of your glasses, dental is a joke. I needed work done and the insurance would only cover 50% of the work needed, so I'm still dealing with an abscessing tooth. Health insurance is way too expensive unless you're single. And even then, it's likely too much. I was going to be charged, if I accepted it, around $150/month just for myself. But to add my wife would increase that to a little over $600/month when I only took home around $1500/month.
The health insurance costs way too much for what you get paid an hour plus the $5 commission for each $500-$1000 phone sold.
Best thing!! Amazing discounts! Worse thing....I'm not sure
