    Good health/dental insurance. No vision covered unfortunately. Great on-site gym/facilities offered. Vacation time is not as much as it should be.

    Benefits are not the best. The vesting plan is good if you decide to stay for more than 6 years.

    The insurance is not great, especially if you are a woman. Your annual well woman exam is not covered.

    Best thing is profit sharing and 401k matching. They put a big emphasis on that, but pay you less in salary. Maternity/paternity leave is essentially non-existent. It's the amount of vacation you have stored up.

    The Profit sharing kick started by retirement with 401k were are talking 18.5% of your income. Fruit available most days.

    6 years to become fully vested. Health/dental insurance isn't the best, although they cover employee premiums. No vision insurance. Fewer PTO days than anywhere else I've been.

    401k, profit sharing, and year end bonus. Flexible spending for health and dependent care. Employer paid health insurance for the employee. It does not cover well visits, but if you figure out what you would pay for premiums at other companies, it all balances out. Sick time and vacation time increases over time, and 12 paid holidays (usually 10 defined days + 2 floating holidays). No maternity/paternity leave, but we do have an awesome nursing/pumping room now. Nap rooms are a nice "benefit" too if needed. Oh, and the top floor is a gym available to all employees, with spin and yoga classes offered.
