401k and profit sharing contributions are nice. 6 years to full vest. Vacation/sick time accrue with tenure.
Best: We don't pay a premium for our health insurance. Worst: No Maternity/Paternity leave and only 10 vacation days a year (not negotiable). You need to save up years of vacation days in order to be paid for maternity/paternity leave.
They offer health insurance for their interns!! That was really great, nice to see a company invested in the health of even its newest employees
Benefits are not very good because they are paying for it. However, because they are private, employees get profit sharing each year, which is nice. They are strict about time sheets so time off is tricky sometimes.
Benefits are not the best. The vesting plan is good if you decide to stay for more than 6 years.
Good health/dental insurance. No vision covered unfortunately. Great on-site gym/facilities offered. Vacation time is not as much as it should be.
The insurance is not great, especially if you are a woman. Your annual well woman exam is not covered.
Does not cover preventative care.
great compensation and benefits. loan, health insurance, retiremant plan and benefit
Best thing is profit sharing and 401k matching. They put a big emphasis on that, but pay you less in salary. Maternity/paternity leave is essentially non-existent. It's the amount of vacation you have stored up.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
