Very generous benefits package. Great insurance and plenty of time off.

Insurance was great and very inexpensive. As a single person I had a low deductible, full dental, vision and health care and spent less than $50/paycheck.

The officers who work for the Salvation Army and their families receive excellent benefits. The staff who serve the Salvation Army receive substandard benefits through a third party organization, Chesterfield Resources. This company regularly denies services for anything beyond basic care, without providing options for those experiencing chronic or prolonged illness.
