Excellent benefits overall... good medical, dental, vision, lunch program, on and off company events, career growth but you have to show incentive and push for it. I think its only fair that if one wants to move up, then he or she should be proactive.
No 401K matching. High premium for insurance. No maternity or paternity benefit. You have to wait 3-4 months for the annual bonus to be paid out. Below industry salary. Less than 3% raise during annual review. Low employee retention rate.
The best thing was being able to work from home once a week, which they implemented to try to make people happier overall
Great health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k), but no matching. Flexible spending also available. No paid maternity or paternity leave. Company does supply lunch twice a week and yoga four times a week. Endless supply of free snacks and drinks. Life insurance provided, no retirement plan.
401k is non-participating is probably the worst. That and I'm not sure about the length or option of paid medical leave. The 5 insurance plans some covered premiums and some subsidized premiums with medical, vision, dental and life are pretty cool.
Health insurance, 401k (not matched), snacks, catered lunches once a month
The medical coverage and remote working flexibility was really great. I never had to pay for any premiums.
They always go for a great medical package. Any medical office I went to, the billing staff would comment how great my package was.
fully stocked kitchen, insurance benefit options for spouse/family, no 401K match
