Overall I am very happy with the benefits. The HSA contribution and 401K match is good. The only thing that could be improved for Full-Time employees is the paternity leave is minimal/non-existent compared to maternity leave.

The Select Group has an incredible benefits package. I haven't seen a better 401K package from any other company

Overall happy with the benefits! Coming from private insurance, the TSG healthcare plan is very affordable. Can get pricier if you have dependents, but still overall good compared to private insurance. 3 weeks of PTO to start and more is added if you are at the company longer.

Had all the benefits and perks you would expect. all decent to good. 401k - no match. Other insurances were nice. Vacation and PTO were there, but were lack luster.

The best thing is they are quick to set up your benefits. They aren't terrible benefits-but the insurance company isn't a common one.
