I have health, dental, and eye insurance. We get 10 PTO days. Also, if we work a 6 day week, we get an extra day off the following week (which I usually use to have a 3 day weekend).
We receive 10 days PTO and depending on your work schedule, you may benefit from a few holidays too. 401K available after 1 year of employment. Healthcare coverage is available as HMO or PPO and rates are in check with other companies of similar sizes.

You get PTO (paid time off) which isn't categorized as sick or vacation- it's lumped together. They offer, Vision, Medical, Dental and 401k. Employer contributes to the medical, but you pay in full for dental (not sure about vision). -Medical Co-pays are $50, no matter which plan you select and if you need to go to the ER - expect to shell out $500. -Dental yearly allowance is very low. -Employer will match a portion of your 401k. It's great to have coverage, but the company is rapidly expanding and I'm sure they can negotiate better rates or even switch to a better insurance provider.
