Benefits are pretty comprehensive and reasonably priced. Vacation time ranges from 3-5 weeks and can be paid out if requested.
Great package - especially networking, prof development and wellness allowances
Best Thing: HSA option with an employer contribution. I'm still using that money on medical expenses; it added up quick! Worst Thing: If I remember correctly, there was only 3 weeks PTO? They may have changed that since I left.
There are lot of benefits and incentives this company offers. Benefits include health, dental, vision, FSA and 401k plan and profit sharing.
Benefits are below average as compared to the industry.
Great benefits, exceeds or at least meets industry standards!
The benefits were pretty good.
Referral bonuses and incentive compensation
Best: Very good medical, vision, and dental packages Worst: Maternity & Paternity could be better
Good time off, not the greatest benefits as they are a little pricey
