The health care benefits are very cheap for the employee, the company pays the majority of payment. The Dental care is top notch, and eye care covers Laser Eye Surgery
You get 1,000 on a benefits card on top of your benefit plan. (If single, more available for a family)
TSC has an amazing benefits program. Not many places give bonus's but TSC does.
Very generous package. They use a comprehensive software for you to manage your allowances. Great overall experience.
Perks are great like a debit card with 3000$ per year for medical deductibles and such not to mention several cash incentive programs. They have great deals set up through a Virgin perks card with discounts offered with all Virgin subsidiaries plus Verizon and many other companies like cheap gym memberships etc. 401K is great, they put in 3% of your pay even if you put in 0% however on top of that they will 100% match up to 3%. Also full medical, dental, vision and they pay approximately 80% of the cost, pretty great! They were even in the process of looking into upgrading to Kaiser as an option for employees. The only thing that could be better is if the dental plan had a little more coverage towards the cost as far as crowns and root canals and maybe covered orthodontist care. Other wise great. I paid approximately $400.00 a month for full medical, dental, and vision coverage for myself, my wife, and my 4 children, not too bad!!
The medical package is average as is the time off.
The health benefits are the best part. Premiums are very low, and the copays are covered by a "free" Benny card.
Generic Cookie cutter heal and insurance plan
