Was WAY too expensive for crap coverage, high deductible plans don't meld well with contract work, you end up throwing money away, literally
The benefits package was actually pretty good in terms of PTO and cost for employees. Biggest draw back was no 401k plan.
The benefits at the Stowe Group are pretty good. We've just been purchased by Experis/ManPowerGroup, which opens doors to additional coverage, including a 401k plan.
