Toro has Summer Hours between Memorial Day and Labor Day--employees can adjust their schedules to be off Friday afternoons. Many people use 1/2 day of vacation on Friday mornings and have a lot of 4-day weeks during the precious Minnesota summer months. Great amount of vacation time. It would be nice if they offered Aflac. Working from home is not an option, which is a standard benefit with most companies nowadays. Management will need to change their philosophy In order to retain the new millenial workforce that is going to be taking the place of the current wave of retirees.

There are summer hours, work longer days during the week and a half day on Fridays, made for a better working environment, and people were able to enjoy family time and the nicer weather. Not every department offers the same benefits like education reimbursement, due to budget. Not everyone can take advantage of summer hours.
