401k match is very much appreciated
No company paid maternity leave in the USA. Shameful for a family-owned-and-run company. Employees are completely dependent on claiming disability for having a child. Otherwise, medical and dental is standard.

Pros: cheap Health Insurance, 401k, company party and etc. It is Pretty standard. Cons: nothing much i cant think of.
The Health Insurance which is offered by the company can be very expensive making it cost prohibiting for some staff members

Best is travel discount, but worst is income wages to afford a travel package for a family.
Terrible health benefits. You are covered but you will end up paying out of pocket for alot.
