Theoretically, there is an employee discount. Try using it.
Specific to my store, as franchise, the owner does not make a profit on employee purchases.
I don't know that this is standard but the owner of the store I worked at gave us 20% off
It's not much. I think we got a 10%-20% discount but I cant remember. But, if you have a cool owner, most times you can make some copies, send faxes, get free notaries...you know "office stuff/ services" usually free of charge. Shipping is the only thing you do not really get too big of a discount on but you should be able to pay direct USPS rates versus the inflated rates the stores charge for USPS
Not all stores offer a discount but mine offered 50% off shipping which means just removing the stores upscale on shipping.
With how expensive it is to ship, getting a discount on that is amazing.
The best thing is that it existed. The worst thing about the benefit is that it was so miniscule you didn't care it existed. It would still be cheaper to go to the Post office.
Decent discount on printing, shipping and packing services. Most be employed for at least 90 days. Immediate family discount.
The store where I worked provided a 10% shipping discount and an in-store merchandise discount of 40% to its employees. Discounts vary depending on the owner of the store.
Some stores individually offer an employee discount
