Health Insurance coverage is good
Generous employer 401k contribution. Average health insurance- high copay, limited in network providers. Below average prescription plan. HR reps don’t know enough or are not interested in learning.
401k is top notch. Benefits are pretty good, but there has been an increase in costs.
Best thing: USP offers a 10% 401K contribution based on your total comp, not a match. Also, the disability insurance is amazing. Worst Thing: No maternity leave program, but that is in the works
The company contributes 10% of your base salary and bonus after the 1st year, regardless of what you contribute. Employees can contribute up to the limit their first year and beyond. Access to several good, low-cost index funds.
Health insurance cost have increased considerably and pays for considerably less each year.
Provide most benefit on the market. 10% 401k match. vacation sell back policy, school tuition reimbursement. etc.
Best is medical and 401K match
Competitive salary for a non-profit. Excellent benefits package; you'll pay less per paycheck and get good benefits.
The 401k is very competitive and is quite high compared to other companies. Telecommuting is also a good benefit they offer.
