    The health benefits are far better than almost any other job in the area. The educational benefits are decent, but not as good as those at UAB. Vacation time is excellent. There is no paid parental leave, which is very problematic for new parents.

    Interns do not qualify for a benefit package since the amount of hours they can work a week is limited to twenty.

    Timely payment and Health insurance benefits, But it's not comparable to normal other jobs. It's just a teaching assistant. So its not comparable to a real job.
