Great supplemental insurance if you see KU providers also access to financial planners free of charge. No onsite child care unlike some other metro hospitals.

Parking is terrible, pay is behind

Best thing is the health plan, worst part is that PTO is the same as all other forms of leave and it grows very slowly for new hires.

Great perk working in a hospital! Rates for office visits in the health system are fair. PTO package is good as well. However, they do not match 401k in the first year.

Expensive if part time. Great health insurance but pricey.

There is nothing wrong with their benefit package

Health Coverage is great if you go to providers at KU. The Vacation policy is terrible. It takes a month to earn a day of vacation your first year. No sick time leave, you work at a hospital with germs, diseases, sick people, and you have to use PTO.

The best thing is that they have several doctors and places that you are able to go see. The worse thing is that they are so busy it can take awhile to get into see doctors or have checkups.
