there is 401k matching , tuition reminbursement
Health Insurance, vacation time, and retirement contributions are all above average.
Insurance is very good, if you have an appt at KU, you only pay the CoPay. No bonuses, Mandatory 401 plan and they give out Gifts and Gift Cards and then charge you for them out of your paychecks.
The best thing is that you get all the perks. Vision, health, dental, 401k, PTO, etc. The worst part is that in order to maintain cheaper insurance, you have to do all these stupid health screenings(thanks to BCBS) & you don't get sick time.
decent health care package, would say the best part of working there.
In my position retirement is almost non-existent. Health insurance is middle of road.
Great benefits. They have added bunch of money to my 401K. Maternity leave and insurance.
Two of the best things about the benefits at KU are the no additional per child cost! Also KU office what's called KU supplemental which means as long as you stay in network they pay the difference to your insurance company so you never really have an out-of-pocket cost as long as you stay in network the only out-of-pocket you caused us to purchase the insurance but no deductible no donut one of that!!
Great vacation. Retirement. Flexible hours. A lot of overtime availability if you want. Smart shifts (shift incentives)
Excellent Medical, dental and vision benefits. Great prescription coverage. Reduced premium cost for participating in health maintinence program.
