    They pay for the employee's medical insurance. It is nice to not have to worry about the added deduction from your check.

    Depending on what role you play at UTMB, the base plan (HMO) may be covered at 100% with other options available for a little out of pocket per month. Low co-pays for PCP/specialist and about average for emergency room visits.
