This company has really done a great job. Generous PTO, standard holidays, medical, dental, life insurance, 401k, EIB. Really taking care of employees! Fair cost to employees, very low copays.
Flexible benefits for all employees
For a full time employee, medical benefits are free! For anyone under full time status, it is not very cheap, but cheaper then buying through the exchange. Dental and Vision plans are amazing and are not based off of how many hours you work. They also offer the Health Savings Flex Account which is amazing.
The obvious perk is the healthcare coverage, at least in terms as a single person, I do not know about family coverage. But the vision, health and dental options are good and a la carte. I'm surprised with the variety of benefits available. A con was I was left a little confused about the differences between a couple of the dental options, but thats a minor gripe as I can just call HR for clarification
They take all holidays out of your PTO but you don't earn additional PTO to cover it:
Competitive, reasonable rates to insure family members. Clinic recognizes domestic partners. Offers medical, dental, vision plans. Does not offer sick leave or holiday pay, but instead offers PTO hours to use for all. Its slow to bank PTO for the first year or two, but it starts to add up the longer the employment.
I love the assistance that they give with your total out of pocket expenses. Also that they recently allowed use of debit card style payments that are linked to your flexible spending accounts
