There is little added to pay for extra performance, if we are speaking of annual reviews. As a retail manager you get about 10% of your salary as a monthly bonus if you make certain metrics. Keep in mind VSI doesn't want you sharking after your customers so I think the company struck an even balance here.
Bonus ONLY to Key holders, assistant managers & store managers. What you are given is not even enough to buy a roll of toilet paper. Comission would be awesome but not an option
