It is competitive in the market place
There is PTO, 10 days a year. That is for any reason you need to be out of the office. It really doesn’t come out to much; if you end up being sick say 2-3 days a year, have to take time off for a doctors appointment or two a year (let’s just say a half day for those appointment you have yearly, but have to miss work because of course your doctor works the same hours you do) - this leaves you with about 6 days a year. I think vacation time and sick time to be separated would be a much better idea.
