The Benefits package is solid, but does not stand out. Especially for a healthcare company, and if located in the Bay Area, benefits become average. The 401(k) matching takes two years to vest, stock purchase program is a 5% discount, and sick time is included in the PTO.
PTO is pretty good, 15 days. In my division you have to find coverage so it feels like I work at a restaurant and don't have a REAL job. 401k is basic. Health Insurance is really bad, you're not charged much out of your paycheck for it but the deductibles are HUGE!!! And they use Cigna so good luck finding par providers.
