Health benefits are decent. The HMO option is more expensive than expected. However, medical coverage begins immediately on the start date, not the next full month. Vision plan could be improved.
They have a great short term disability plan that is company funded. Overall probably pretty similar to any other big company.

They offer health insurance from Cigna, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401k, it's not bad coverage. The dental and vision is pretty good and they offer a couple different health plans.
The worst thing that I have noticed about the company in Greenville NC. Their are good people their the buddy system is still in place. They dont advance by education or experience only if they know you well . The diversity their is terrible . Bring in temporary employees but management want hire those people at all. Granulation ,Coating , OSD packaging and steriles department are both ran like you are just a body. The turn over rate is so high. There really need to be a thoroughly check in the whats is really going on behind close doors that starts at the top. HR department are not for the employees at all. Some managers are not qualified to but they were hired by the buddy system.
